I’m a Senior System Application Analyst in the Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where I serve as the lead informatics and clinical research data specialist supporting perioperative clinical trials, retrospective cohort studies, NIH-funded research, and multi-center collaborations.
I’m a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Health Informatics program at Rutgers University School of Health Professions (expected Dec 2027), researching machine learning, natural language processing, and medical image analysis approaches for predictive modeling and risk stratification using multimodal healthcare data.
What I Do
My work spans the full lifecycle of clinical research data infrastructure — from feasibility analysis and cohort identification through statistical analysis and manuscript support. I architect and maintain ETL pipelines integrating Epic Clarity, institutional Clinical Data Warehouses, the MPOG Suite, Philips TraceVue, and the VA VINCI federated platform. I also provide direct statistical analysis support for randomized controlled trials, including regression modeling, survival analysis, and propensity score matching, and collaborate with principal investigators through manuscript drafting and revision.
